LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This plugin will allow you to export the web addresses for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Go and get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the URL below:

Now you have activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

A new link on the left side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

When you click on the Home link, this will navigate to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links menu to take you to the page that will reveal all of your websites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend website on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in Excel format.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published articles, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The check here option for JetPack URL's is again website exactly the same procedure as those above, but, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those wp.me Links that it has gathered:
